Hey TERA Team,
I hope you're well and probably super busy after this fantastic launch.
The UI and game looks really good on console, but there are still a couple of things I'd like to bring constructive feedback in
1. Ingame Clock (maybe FPS), will the Clock be ported to Console and eventually a FPS indicator too?
Just to keep time and frames within limits.
2. Chat Customisation (As I could see this was already highly discussed) We absolutely need more customisation and also 2-3 lines more (height of the box) instead of just tow lines in the chat to focus more on group, guild and friend conversations. We need the option to turn notifications completely off or customise which channels / types of text we would like to see. For typing I guess the chatpads and normal keyboards are doing fine and generally the emotes are really cool!
3. Chain customisation (hopefully coming soon, but I guess you're aware of that within the skills menu)
4. The teamplay generally is still very limited and invites to groups can't always be performed to random members in the chat or grouping up to see each other on the map and then maybe form a guild (more random interaction). I do understand that some features are not implemented to protect the community but also whisper is still not always possible in the chat if I saw that correctly and sometimes players feel more encouraged to join random groups within the server / area.
5. Tagging monsters and completing quests together (I think this (bug?) is on TERA for a while and we would really like to get closer to making things more fair and let players participate in questing. The channel feature partly removes that feeling a bit but I think monsters should allow multiple tags in the future on PC / Console.
6. Guild Features such as Levelling etc. (I'm sure that's also already in development/being worked on)
7. Graphic customisation and lowering down options to optimise gameplay (if needed)
-> Clear difference (PS4 PRO, Xbox One X, Normal)
8. Customisation of binds on the skillbar (swapping L1 L2 to R1 R2)
Then a bigger issue for me and a lot of players: The debuff from dungeons. I was in a group and a healer was not with us for some reason and just joined (I guess at the entrance). However we couldn't complete a boss and 3 players left so I was alone with him and then all monsters came to me for some reason and I resurrected without gold and then tried to remove him or at least search new players but I couldn't find the function and removing was not allowed although we were only 2 people in the group. I understand that it wouldn't be fair but we were at that stage for a while and 20mins at least walking around so I left and got the debuff.
There was no way to complete that dungeon as I couldn't search for players without resetting the instance (At least I didn't find one).
So it would be really appreciated if you can look into that system again and make the debuff more fair and also allow exiting a dungeon after at least one boss is completed and make the search function for new members more clear and replace or implement another command to search players instead of resetting the instance which is a bit confusing for many players. I wish there was a clear feature to search more and also not getting a 15min debuff which is still there when I log back in (Which is very frustrating if you only have limited play time before or after work).
Then some general feedback to the game which hopefully gets implemented (one day) from Korea:
1. More diversity in healer classes (as I strongly feel that Mystic and Priest are still very similar) -> I feel that Priest is a lot better with the awakening skills but some attacks still feel very melee and the damage should be more to be playable as a second playstyle.
2. Talent System. I know that this is untouched and possibly not allowed for our region as I've heard, but we REALLY REALLY need customisation
The glyphs are a cool feature but I feel the classes are still very generic and only a few classes CAN have different playstyles. We really need more options in extra skills rather than making all skills accessible for every player in their rotation. I get that everybody can choose which skills they use but there is still a meta and I think specialisations can make TERA super exiting, especially with the new classes we have. I know this would be A LOT of work possibly (same as for new races or gender UNLOCKED races)
3. A third healer class (I love healing but since TERA I'm also SUPER HYPED about damage especially with gunner and valkyrie, the classes are very unique in their playstyles compared to the other melees for example. Another healer (with 2 different playstyles) would be fantastic and I think the community would like one too! (Nature / Shadow / Vampire / Water)
4. SPELL ANIMATIONS (So far the melees look great but I feel the healers (again) look very similar in some skills and I saw that talisman feature, I hope this will be something we waited for to make TERA also visually more and more appealing, I'd love to customise my character more, also on console.
So far that's everything I wanted to bring in and I can't wait for more improvements, hopefully content (yes the 3 missing classes classes, my mains are 2 of them
) and the levelling event which was communicated a bit within the discord and some other places, thanks so much for all your hard work!

5. The channels are one of the reasons why ppl can play at all. If you have only one channel the game will crash permanent for many players.
?. Not finding the function to search new players is no reason to reduce the debuff. The function is there. Ask someone ingame to explain it for you are search on the forum for an answer. A group dungeon isn't designed to clear it with 2 players (even if some classes can bypass the restrictions)
Would be nice if you don't use the listing 1,2,3... a second time, its confusing.
1.(2) They working for years now to make priest and myst equal to reduce the complaints. Healers in this game are designed to heal. (surprise) This heal is needed in end game dungeons. Giving them more dmg skills would be totally useless for the endgame. (and I am already annoyed enough by the actual trolling mysts in pvp -.-)
2.(2) Maybe in pve. In pvp I have a handful of different skill/glyph-setups depending on battleground or 1v1/3v3 enemy classes. Oh and I need all my skills, (except maybe two or three) that means I use 23 different skills in different combination/rotations, don't see much generic here.
4.(2) Less blingbling would help the performance but yes lets make more effects
