Masterwork Enigmatic Scrolls stopped working
Ever since Friday's patch, I cannot turn any items to Masterwork using the Masterwork Enigmatic Scrolls. I've tried the tiered and non-tiered ones, both don't work anymore. Burned through about 50 of these and used at least 300 spellbinds to no avail.
Prior to the patch, I was able to masterwork my entire Tier 9 set and still had some scrolls left over. Some of the things went on five or six tries, some on one try, but at least it worked.
Now it flat out does not work at all, from what I can tell. Either that, or the percent chance was lowered to something very tiny indeed, which would be a total [filtered] move by En Masse if that's what you did.
Since I expect this was just a bug, then I would like confirmation of that, so I can make a support ticket to request that the scrolls and spellbinds that were wasted due to the bug can be restored to my account.
Thanks.

It certainly wasn't like that before Friday.
I don't want to speculate on whether this is a bug or not
I’m not sure, but it seems like using Spellbind reduces the chances for it to work. It’s as if, if the item has more “yellow” stat lines, then the odds of it going MW are lowered significantly.
It seems best therefore to not use any Spellbind until after the item is MW. Who knows, you might get a good roll anyway, and then you used zero Spellbind.
That being said, I think the game should display what the % chance is for all these RNG-based enchanting attempts, and also, show players their roll in the Log. It is really annoying not to be able to make an informed decision about anything due to the game hiding all this information.
For example I would be more likely to buy lock boxes if I knew what the chances were of getting X, Y, or Z. I also think you should say how many Spellbind etc. comes in the boxes on the store. I’m not going to buy anything like that without knowing at least how much I’m getting!
1. Get your item masterworked.
2. Go on resetting enchantment effect without any spellbinds until at least 2-3 effects are the right ones. Then use Spellbinds to fix those 2-3 effects and go on rolling, until the rest of effects are right.
3. When all enchantable effects are right you go on enchanting to +12.
