The first boss of Sanguinary dungeon, i counted at least 20 attempts, with more than 10 different pts, and only once we were able to break his barrier. I was in a pt that brought him to 70% in 3 minutes, and we still werent able to break the shield. Something is wrong with that boss.

    I don't think its bugged need a lot of damage in a short amount of time archers zerks and sorcs are really good at breaking the shield

    Just do more damage? If you're not breaking the shield then you're not doing enough damage during the period.

    And personally, 70% in 3minutes is some what bad cause that's at least 1 enrage (perhaps bordering on 2 depending if a shield happened or if a Tank enraged at the start with infuriate) and 1 enrage should burn a good chunk of his HP if people used DPS steriods

    It's not bugged. Seen plenty of parties break it.

    Like someone else said, 70% in 3 minutes is quite low DPS. I suggest you tell your teammates to look up guides for their class.

    Just because you have the ilvl for the dungeon, doesn't mean you have the DPS to pass DPS checks (AKA: STOP ROLLING CRIT FACTOR ON YOUR WEAPON)

    So it really is one of those bosses where the pt classes are fixed, otherwise you need to be overgeared. And don't try to say it's wrong because Tera is like that for years. I can't say for the rest of my team, but i had the right everything, if my dps is not enough, the only problem is the class.

    Or just wait until the large majority of console players learn to build their class properly or know rotation and stop relying on chains.

    Or just find where the PC players on console are, they're clearing all dungeons regularly...see if you can get buddy buddy with them

    T-t-the problem can't be me!!! It's the class!!!
    Sorry to say but it's one of those cases where you just need to get good, which comes with practice.
    As far as I know, your version of shadow sanguinary is the nerfed one, so taking 3 minutes for 30% is reaaaaally slow.
    Practice playing your classes more optimally and you won't have this problem.
    Any combination of dps classes can break the shield in ssn IF THEY HAVE THE CORRECT ROLLS, CRYSTALS AND USE GOOD ROTATIONS.

    Its crazy how average players can get to 70% in under a minute. It's also crazy how Pahoegar's shield can be solo'd. It's even more crazy how these parties got to their ilevel with such low damage output.

    If you want to break a dps check then you have to know how to dps in the first place.

    That’s super low dps unfortunately. my group today was farming gear for alts from ssnm and dps’d through his mechanic. he didn’t throw up a shield phase until 4% group comp was a lancer, brawler, archer, reaper, mystic.
