Ghillieglade Still Not Working?

I was wondering if anyone has been able to access Ghilleglade? I heard it was supposed to be up after this most recent maintenance. Granted I'm not 100% sure how to access it, so if anyone can help, that would be great.

    It is working. If you have Elite status, you can simply go to the elite menu and Velik's Opportunity scroll will be there.

    Hmmm, I do have Elite status and there isn't anything showing up for me.

    I have Elite, and it isnt there..

    it should be available after the server maint. which for the us is right now. EU was yesterday

    I noticed (before maintenance, haven't logged in yet) that before I hit level 65 the scroll was there in the list of elite perks. However, once I actually hit level 65 and should be able to use it, it is no longer on that list.
