wen you go to a dungeon that list the rewords on the Q aren't you supposed to get them ? . I gives example . kelvins dread naughty no emerald on completing it given ?

one would think you get the enchanting mat . also listed in that Q is a box of twist shard I have yet to see drop for no reason

    Only very few specific rewards are guaranteed in a dungeon run, most of them are distributed randomly by default and some only drop once per run so only one player receives that item. You could do a run and get next to nothing from bad RNG.

    It depends of video game laws, recently mobile games were forced to show the chances to win and RGN item in % numbers and odds, people now knows how much scam could be a RGN box or drops items chance, Tera must have the same thing, for every RNG system that they use. But i dont why aren't allowed.
