I really don't know since I'm not buying into this event. But at least from experience with other things, it (the token) may either not have an expiration date or one a few years from now.
Lately, EME has been retiring special tokens extremely fast--like, use it or lose it by the end of the event +1 week. So you might want to push for an answer on this one before you bank the token and forget about it. Maybe even @ someone or drop a line to the public inbox for EME.
Most of those tokens have been tokens you get for FREE on events that not involves cash shop (aside from last Kyra catalists).
But as you said it would be good to know if these tokens will remain or they will be removed in a short period.
If things have changed since my return, then an official response would indeed matter here. And if that's the case, EME should also make an effort to clearly display how long those tokens and their offerings may last.
The tokens do NOT have an expiration date. However, I can't guarantee the store will stay as full or even have the same items in there after a month or two. As such, I wouldn't suggest just sitting on them waiting for something to show up.
I purchased the $100 EMP bundle and also have not received my 3 Skins Tokens that are advertised by the event. I think there may be an error with how tokens are distributed (based on either purchasing EMP from the "Tera" store or from the generic EMP purchase page).
It is indeed, and it should be something prior to any other issue in game.
There is no unredeemed code in my account.

Indeed, it looks like support is not aware of how this cash shop event works.
When you buy a bundle you should get the tokens delivered to your item claim, if that doesnt happen then something went wrong with the system delivering those tokens.
It is a shame but it looks like support is not aware of the event at all and they are confusing it with a redeem code instead.
