I want to know if I should upgrade from starfall... :(

Is conflate better than starfall +15? and which pieces should i get?

    Honestly, Starfall is just fine.

    The Conflate weapon is a minimal upgrade, and the chest will be a minimal upgrade after it gets changed (currently Starfall chest is better.). After the changes, Starfall gloves and boots will be BiS.

    Conflate armor is major upgrade if you are wearing metals. The defence is 21K on body , 16 k on glove and fist. Cloth armor not sure. Conflate +12 is on par with tensus +15 defence wise, if you have sf +15 keep sf, otherwise get +12 conflate.
