Can EME make a 1 time liberation item for any ilvl gear? please

Hey EME, can you please make a 1 time liberation item that will unbind a full gear set? It would be really cool to be able to sell my stormcry weapon and armor in order to fund gear for an awakened class. It's 2018, we want a free market anyways. This would be a step in the right direction.
