I'm wondering whats the turn around time for tickets regarding consoles?

    my first one took 2 days and another 5 days, so not sure

    My first ticket took 7 days for a quest bug. My current ticket for an EMP issue Is on 3 days and counting. I've seen others posting that they're on 8 days. Just to give you a rough estimate. I'm guessing they're being swamped full of tickets so their response time is slower. :)

    More than likely depends on ho many tickets were submitted prior to yours (hundreds if not thousands) and or if it is pertaining to something that they have addressed in a post (EMP, etc.).

    Many tickets were supposedly submitted within the first week and a number of them probably haven't even been able to be personally touched by staff as of yet.

    They responded to me after a week. I gave them my info and have not heard anything for 5 days.

    Within the same week they responded to and resolved my issue with a Founder's pack. I was impressed.

    I’ve gotten responses within a few days on all of my tickets so far. Still waiting on the emp to go through and be finalized and passed through psn so I can actually use it though .-. That ticket is on 4 days now, so I’m expecting it to be fixed pretty quickly.
