It is funny that lilith keeps run smootlhy on consoles when on PC that dungeon on mobs at bridge drops the fps from many players so much that some people have told me they reach 4 fps and even 0 fps on PC version.
If that's true then that is a bit funny lol
I did Kaprima daily until it was on CD, and i can´t remember any heavy fps drop since i use the actual settings explained previously.
I will make a full Kaprima video later on, if you want.
Anyway, i´m not saying the optimization is fine - no... hell no. It is still very bad if the game can´t run decent with standard settings.
I just try to make others game experience better until they increased the optimization(if it ever happens, lol).
And i've stated in many other posts and replies that me and others did have the right settings and for the most part it doesn't fix the game. The underlying problem here is the optimization of the game and the engine they use. This is not the players fault, its the devs fault. Stop feeding false information trying lie about something that will not fix the underlying issue for most if not all the players having said issue. If what you stated was truly a simple fix we would not be seeing so many ppl still having the issue. I can understand if you are trying to help others and that is fine, but we have all tried messing with the settings, and it's pretty obvious it doesn't fix the issue. It's not the players job to make the game run the way it's supposed to. That is what the devs make that weekly paycheck to do, and when they don't do it properly or just have terrible priority order like they do that's when they should be either fired or get their butts in gear. They are lucky i am not their boss because if i was they would be out the door soon as i find a replacement. This is about the devs doing their job properly, and not slacking off. To quote someone from another forum website:
"Tera has fantastic gameplay, classes and reward system.
However their optimization is severely lacking to where it affects most aspects of the game itself. And they clearly don't care to fix it. Ever.
I wouldn't necessarily say FFXIV is the best either from just a console standpoint. It has its own issues as well, they are just better hidden.
Everyone will always have their pros and cons of a game. But some companies do put forth a bit more effort than others. For those that like to complain about FFXIV, just take a look at that Tera port. That is what poor dev support looks like. FFXIV doesnt have that."
If you don't believe the quote either i will give a source link as well.

I can already tell by this video which got posted here on first post that this is not the settings i gave.
I just want to make sure your not trying to use the settings that work for some and not others (i know this from experience) as some sort of excuse for the the dev teams mistakes and lack of doing a proper job. When people stop holding the company to a certain standard the company will lower and lower it's quality until all we have left is junk. As consumers we have a right to critique the product and tell them when they are doing a bad job, and my way of doing that is not playing or paying until they get their sh*t together and do a proper job. I may not be able to speak for others, but i do know there are people out there like me who left Tera as soon as they got a wiff of something nasty from Bluehole/EME and that in itself can be a powerful messege to the company. This was an issue way before the official launch, honestly we had enough tests that the game should have had a lot of those serious issues fixed after people reported them during the beta, instead they wanted to rush things and push it out with a lot of the serious issues still existent, and as a game company that is a bad way to do things and it also shows a level of incompetence that just dissuades players from the game, because they fear the game may not better itself down the line either.
Stop the BS.
If it was overheating the issue would happen on every game, not just TERA and the system would shut itself off, it wouldn't crash to browser.
Never ran worse than this for me with the mentioned settings.
For the other parts just look in my chanel.
As i said before EVEN IF your run is smoother it doesn't invalidate the many people who still have these issues with the game regardless of trying different graphical settings. Thus the reason all the complaints i see everywhere about the games performance not only for this port but also the pc version regarding the terrible game optimization and engine they use. The majority of players with common sense are well aware of the issue and bluehole is too. The simple fact remains that bluehole doesn't have its priorities straight and couldn't care less about the quality of it's game or the care it gives its CONSUMERS.
