Made a new character last night and noticed that i got a present box after a certain point on it. On my main account however I never got the present box? Is anyone else having this issue.

    It's probably for the leveling event going on. Does it say Level 10 box? If so it's only for one character per server.

    If you got it on the new character don't open it. Put it on your bank and open it with your lvl65 character.
