Anything you can do when you know people are trading wins and throwing the match ?

I don't think it's organized win trading between two teams in a game of Kumas with randoms.

I am talking about the same guy s jumping into the boss and going as fast as they can to enemy spawn . This was happening both rounds . Lol this happen to me 5 times yesterday , same players in the bosses each time . I just stopped queing after the 5th one . I have a hard time not banging my head against the wall with Kumas normally . The win trading was bringing on a whole new level of frustration.
Rewards need nerfind and the other content types buffed.
Have personally been on team where the team's Boss and players traveled to the other team's spawn and whooped their Boss to "0".
Would be hard to try and organize win-trading on TERA since apparently there's a cap on the number of players you can pre-group then queue with for BG's.
The 2:1 conversion of T9 to T10 feedstock can essentially make solo VR's the way to go being that their completion is not dependent on team members who may or may not be up to any good.
