What's the reset time on these? I've been on most of the day, haven't received a single one.

    You get 5 in the mail every hour for a max of 3 hours per day, reset time is at the daily mail time I am pretty sure!

    I think it's the same reset as fed bills.

    New daily mail for fed bills comes at 7pm cst. Same w/ elite gift box resets etc. So guessing 5pm pst/7pm cst
