Grey characters on enemy team during battlegrounds

Whenever I do BGs, for most the game the entire enemy team are those grey character models that appear when you first load into a zone. This is super annoying as they teleport all over the place and are pretty much impossible to hit. I've tried changing my settings to all sorts of things. Unrestricted PC limit, 0-1 PC view distance, and all sorts of other things. No in-game setting tweaks have worked. I have no problem loading my team. It's just the enemy team that is grey and teleporting all over the place. Any suggestions? I actually have an older PC with slightly worse specs that never had this problem. Currently can't use it however. I've also tried a couple different internet connections and it didn't help.

    That's normal. I have the same graphics card as you and it's the same for me. It's just that the game can't load all those characters (afaik) so they're grey and teleport since it cant keep track of 20 people's movements. My boyfriend had a terrible computer and couldn't see anyone, but just upgraded to a really nice computer and now plays on full settings and can see everyone in the battleground perfectly. As far as I know that's the only way to fix it. Weird that an older computer was just fine though. I really don't know :<

    You are on a laptop with considerably lower specs. Even many desktops with higher cpu capabilities get this issue, due to a few factors: internet lag, cpu capping out and throttling are but one of the few factors.

    I get the same issue here and it's so annoying trying to PvP. I don't remember it being like this back in the day 2013-2015...
