Rally happened on a Saturday??? (4/21/18)
So apart from rally still happening at 9am in the morning every day and the bams being off by one day in terms of PvP or PvE, rally spawned today. I thought there was no rally on Saturdays? Does this mean we wont have CU??? Was CU unintentionally moved to Sunday? @[email protected] Can someone let me know. I am really looking forward to CU, I hope it's today.

Just cuz they're different, doesn't mean the times weren't messed up as even the Calendar is off by 1 entire day. All event times for TERA are in UTC.. so it's likely that CU is off as well.
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me at all if you're right. It seems quite possible that everything will be off by one day. I guess we'll see soon enough.
