Leveling Rewards Question

Can you still get an reward box if you have a level 65 character or is it for pre level 65 characters?

    You should be able to get the rewards with a character that's already 65. I got the level 10 box on one of my 65s and opened them all the way to the 65 box.

    Just a heads up though, the level 10 box is bankable but once you open it, all the other boxes are locked to that character and not bankable. So just make sure to open the level 10 box on the character you want.
