Did not recieve the bought EMP

Well a week ago I bought EMP for 39€ but did not get them, so I opened a ticket about the problem and I even added the paying confirmation as screenshots. Yesterday the ticket was just closed without any response on the ticket or even solveing my problem!

Is there even a customer support for the console edition?!

Have I a chance to get someone off the customer service? Best thing would be a german respond so Im able to explain my problem...

Right now im pissed off... sorry for the bad language anf sorry for my bad english.

    One more problem after first writing in the forum, why couldnt I chose a damn name? Whats the mess with my nickname?

  • That really sucks, send another support ticket. Screenshot that the old ticket. Showing they closed it without a proper response. If that doesnt get you results, contact your console support. Sony/Microsoft support and let them know. Maybe you could get a refund at least.

    The ticket closed automaticly (hope thats the right word) there was no reply for a certain time it's their strange system.
    I got the same so i asked. Just ask them if there is an update on your problem if they have time they will answer.
    I write my tickets in german and english. They even use google translate to answer in german if no german staff is available.
