The 8 character slots are not available on ps4 from founders?

I had recently bought a founders pack on PS4 expecting 8 character slots however I did not receive them.

    Maybe i am wrong but i think that the founder packs are not related with the founder status you can get on pc via key code.

    The account type for founders is 8 slots rather than 2

    I think thats the pc founder since Tera was P2P at the beginning.

    Yeah as far as i know the founder title was bonded to the purchase of a fisical copy of the game.Right now you can still buy a key code for the PC version altough is quite rare to find but for consoles versions i don't think there is something like that aviable.
