Not receiving EMP

I purchased 2,200 EMP 2 days ago and still have not had it come up in my account..... I sent in a ticket the night it happened and still NO RESPONSE!!! I’ve seen some posts about others having this issue. Why are we not getting responses?!? What’s the solution to this?

  • i'd at least like a response from them... i'm really enjoying this game, and the reason i got EMP was to make another character, i have a warrior i love, a slayer i'm not too fond of but i don't want to delete it. so i was going to make an Archer.. and now i cant without deleting a character, which will take 24hrs if i wanted to -.- just a lot of inconvenience.

    i think any character over level 40 and you delete takes 24 hours
  • Yeah my slayer is 41.. lol Im hesitant on deleting her because i got the Cinder Wolf mount on it.... and idk if its rare to get them from the boxes? but i did spend money on it.... i also hate that stuff is character bound and not account bound... i just want my EMP lol :[
  • I'm going into day three without mine now. Getting a bit irritated. I never called up Sony in general before, let alone to try and get a refund. So im not really looking forward to that...

    And i don't even know what happens if I get a refund. Will i still get that emp like a month later, or will it somehow cancel it? And if I get the money back, should I try again? Im at a loss.

    Well, first, I assume that you've filed a ticket with EME? They're very swamped so it may take a while, but they should be able to fix it for you. Be sure to send them a copy of your email receipt from Sony to help them line it up (and prevent back-and-forth that will take more time).


  • I bought EMP a week ago and still haven't received it. Sent in a ticket and haven't got any response from them. Seems like they just don't care
  • Hey me too buddy! =) Just gotta be patient. It took them a week to respond to my quest bug ticket, I'm expecting the same wait time for my EMP bug report. Since they're swamped with tickets it might be awhile. Just gotta wait it out. :)

    If it makes you feel any better, I purchased the same amount 8 days ago and still received nothing.
    All we can do is wait patiently.
  • I have the same problem... bought EMP a week ago, didnt get them... Opened a ticket the same day and didnt get a respond but the ticket was closed yesterday, but Im still missing my EMP.

    For some reason tickets get auto-closed by the system after a few days. Just write new ones and refer to your old tickets until the support answers you.
