Returning Heroes Item Box

Hi guys,

I saw on the website and it seemed to be an item box for the characters that left for 30 days or more.

But when I tried to log into my Greatsword, who has been left for at least 60 days.

I got nothing. Neither the post mail or inventory.

Anyone know where to get the box?

    The returning heroes stuff isn't delivered via mail and isn't automatically placed in your inventory.
    IIRC you have to go to the gear icon on your bar and go down to where it says "calendar". From there, there should be a tab where you can claim your box.

    Edit: Make sure you claim it on the character you actually want to use it on, and note that the rewards will be different based on that character's level.

    and just because you haven't played that character in 60 days doesnt mean you will get it if you have others on the same server and have played them , you have to be away from the server the character is on for 30 days

    This^. It's per account per server. To get the box, do not log into that server at all for 30 days. When you return, you get a single box and you have to choose which character you want to give it to. The box now just gives Guardian gear, some gold, a few other items and a few extra quests loosely directing you on a path to item level 439. It does not give you FM gear as it was previously thought.

    like some1 say, you have to no log into the server for the whole 30 days

    i play and have chars on all 5 servers, to make it happen, i skip ff for 30 days while playing on other 4: av, ch, mt, tr
    - i'll get a box on ff when i go back there in 30 days, but it's just some guardian gear (same as dougal, some bound crystals, and temp etchings): now they also added some quest to point you to 439 gear (i418, i422, i431, i439) quests that give you some gold (like 700g, and enchant mat like wood scraps and such), not much

    Yeah, it is actually few enchanting materials and some extra gold. Nothing like "FREE" gear it would be asumed. I tried that one with one character at CH since I haven't played there for over a month and you still get to work your [filtered] to get Frostmetal.

    Glady is like this and not a candy for the returnies.
