Brawler: special power meter, activation button?

I haven't been able to play much due to upcoming finals and forgot how to activate the Brawler's special meter (yellowish bar that fills as you fight). I thought it was both triggers, but that doesn't work with 3 toolbars.

Does anyone happen to know? Thanks!

    The skill is called growing fury, you cant use it unless its on your skillbar.

    There are 3 skills that use their yellow goo.

    One is a crazy punch attack, one is a flying jump smash attack, one creates a lot of aggro and automatically blocks all frontal attacks.

    There is also a self heal that uses 50% of the yellow goo.

    There is a skill that gives you like half a bar of yellow goo.
