Healers cry because they heals can't be stronger than the damage output from enemy players "injustice, we should heal more than the whole enemy team can hurt us"
Inmorthal beings are being balanced, thats good to know, now play smart to win as a pvp should be.
@ElinUsagi no comment. Clearly you don’t get it. I CAN STILL survive against 3-4 dps. Hell i literally kited and escaped like 6 in cs. If you’re a bad dps you’ll never kill a skilled healer ANYWAY. My issue is the survival of the dps. Who cannot survive on 9k heals. Especially with valks, brawlers and the rush glitch and much more bs that’s already in the game.
And yet you ignore the numerous other people that disagree with you? What a strong position you have where if people disagree with you they are clearly ignorant and never played priest...
BHS didn't see fit to adjust this in ktera so you'll just have to deal with it. DPS will have to dodge. Tanks will have to peel. Work as a team. And don't forget that the other team has the same issue... so it's fair.
Now mana charge in BG? Yes that should be addressed. Pretty short sighted on BHS' part.
Every CS has had people scream "wtb heals" "need heals" "heal me". Every single CS. That's not new at all.
You're missing the point.
Each skill has a cast time and cooldown. It doesn't matter if you have 2 healing skills or 500. If you're doing 30k crit heals on a 150k HP pool that has taken significant damage, that takes some time.
And don't even suggest stupid skills like Immersion & Healing Circle or the new and horrible Divine Charge. I don't know what it is about Immersion, but it's incredibly hard to lock-on with it. Healing Circle has a long CD now and is a close proximity spell. Divine Charge is so garbage that you should never use it to heal unless there's some relief time during a boss fight or you can take a few hits. Like in TR when you have to stand in the blue circle.
The playstyle of Priests has completely changed. We are no longer a back-range support class. We are now close range healers.
Priests have always been harder to play than any other class because we have so much to care for. If something goes wrong in a fight, it's usually blamed on the Priest and hardly ever on the tank. That's because we're the caretakers of the party.
- We have to heal, we have to do mechanics, we have to buff, we have to debuff (god forbid I skip one of those cause I'm busy healing), we have to cleanse and fast, we have to know boss mechanics better than any other class because we need to pop Kaia's at the appropriate time. On top of that, we might also DPS a bit. Now that healing is harder, the pressure on Priests is even greater.
I will admit that 70k crit heals with Focus Heal were a bit overpowered before the patch, but it didn't deserve a 50% nerf. Maybe 20-30% nerf but not 50%. That's just lazy developing.

All of this! While i don’t mind a challenge this is just cruel. The odds are completely stacked against heals.
Not only do we not have mana but lack of heals as well.
SN: I love the new mana charge tbh it looks really nice and with the current content i pretty much spam it for the heals and the buff.
We are complaining because we cant heal our party. Legit nothing changed to self heal, we're still iNmortHal . lel
With priest in FWC, i changed my roll for mana regen on staff instead of crit ( +the mana regen if your weapon is +7 ) and i rarely get oom. I have 4 mana crystal( glistening too) but didnt need MP regen inner.
Nothing about priests is hard right now in pve, it's just more.. busy. PVP I agree, but pve? Heck no, we just became more active and fun to play. Having to weave in as many tornadoes as possible while juggling between healing and buffing is pretty fun I must say and heals were distributed well. If you feel like you're lacking in heals you just didn't get used to awakening properly, because that's how I felt at the start. Now I'm back to healing the trappiest of traps with ease.
My thought is to not heal you when you are in my party then :^)
You obviously don't play with PUG's. Healing is harder now even in PvE. Busier and harder. It's almost like you didn't read my post and just wanted to flex.
We have no short CD heals anymore. NONE. Zero. Focus Heal is the only quick CD skill Priests have and it is near useless now. Yes I can also easily heal low tier dungeons *flex*. As you move up the tiers, it gets harder since bosses hit harder. The only effective long range heal we have now is Immersion which as I've said in my previous post is very hard to lock-on because the lock-on is bugged. On Focus Heal, you swipe your cursor over a player and he's locked-on. Not with Immersion. You kinda need to jiggle your cursor over them for a bit before it decides to lock-on. Normally I save Immersion for when someone is very low HP and too far from me to use Circle. When they're panicking & moving around, it's that much harder to get a lock-on with Immersion. Notice how much focus I've put into talking about Immersion? Cause it's the only saving grace we have now.
There is nothing fun about a melee Priest. I picked Priest because I like to heal from a safe mid to long range distance. I am not enjoying face-hugging bosses right now because Restorative Burst is on cooldown and the boss is too big so only the tank gets the regen.
Also Kaia's is freaking great and thank the devs they didn't nerf it. I would honestly quit playing a Priest if we lost Kaia's.
