Hair Coupon Doesn't Have All Hairs...?

Soo... I just bought a Premium Stylist Hair Coupon only to find out the hair I want to switch to isn't even in it. As you can see on the right of the image, it has all the original hair styles except for the fox one...? Sadly the one on the left is the one I wanted to switch to. So I basically just wasted my emp since it's not an option, even though it's an original hair. Thanks. -.- Super duper annoyed right now.

Hmm. I'd call that an unintended thing. Maybe set up a ticket with a complete explanation of the issue. Who knows, maybe they could throw in a full appearance voucher or something for your troubles. Just saying. *hint hint EME*

So... It's not fixed ever since the voucher launched... Neither the Dressing Room missing pets and having the hairstyle section empty...

Ain't it about time to at least say "we've been working on this, when we got more details we'll inform you all"?
  • Well as Nopi said, you'd be best off throwing in a ticket for it. Worst case scenario the hair styling tickets are selling (on MT at least) for around the normal EMP ratio, so it's not a total loss if EME refuses any form of compensation.

But that would be lying, and lying is bad!

Not sure if EME has any input on what goes in the Dressing room, or in this case, in these vouchers. Maybe the stuff comes direct from BHS. I kind of doubt it, but could be the case. In the case of the Dessing Room, I've never seen it having all the stuff currently being sold or promoted at the time. And I have no idea why it can't have everything either. Then there's also that misleading "Purchase" button on the side box that totally looks like a shopping cart/checkout box that makes people think they can directly buy that awesome premium skin off the store.

But, right, hair. Don't want to derail.

These hair coupons I am fairly certain come from BHS with functionality built-in. Dressing Room is something each publisher has to populate themselves (since the ways to buy and prices are different in each market), but the UI (etc.) all comes from BHS.

I know that's how it's supposed to be, but I still see the Dressing room so disconnected from the reality of the actual shop that it's hard to believe the same guys are in charge.

Well it is disconnected from the shop, technically. They populate the shop, and then separately, someone has to populate the dressing room. And after some recent patch, have the dressing room was lost, so now someone has to repopulate it again. The "buy" stuff not working is because it doesn't work with EME's backend store system the way it works with the stuff in K-TERA.

I assumed as much about the Store page button because the UI comes from KTera, but shouldn't it take someone 15 minutes to browse the shop and annotate what's there and what's not, and update the Dressing Room accordingly? There may even be ways to not have to update it every time the shop is updated to ease the work. But still, the current showings are rather off mark...

Now, since this topic is interesting but not part of this thread, maybe we can move it to it's own thread?

Honestly bumping this, because there’s still no fix and even sending a ticket does nothing. Fix when?
  • They didn't even acknowledge it when it was first reported/mentioned so don't hold your breath for any fix anytime soon

If you don't mind me asking; What was the response to the Support Ticket?

Tbh even if they fixed it right now in korea we wouldn't be getting it anytime soon since bhs doesn't know how to send bug fixes separately.
