Bought 2200 credits, bought a 20 (10?) pack of strongbox keys and they are no where to be found.

    Item claim, fam. That's where all purchases are sent and you can choose any character you want to pick them up. ^ ^

    Pretty bad system that doesnt in any way alert you as to where these items are or where they went.

    It does alert you

    You have a sound alert and your item claim glows a little and you can see a number in it, that mean new stuff on your item claim or parcel.
