    what do you mean by "still in cd after TS/Vamp"? Did you mean cyclone cd has been applied even though it reset and you did lethal > TS > vamp?

    Well, it kinda depends on your attack speed, but when I tested it, flurry (attack speed from Fiery rage or Tenecity w/ glyph) was enough and I did not need any attack speed on weapon and energetic etching.

    If you cannot do that rotation with flurry buff, it will be either

    1) your ping is pretty high so that there is a delay between your skills
    or
    2) if you use some kind of helper that affect your skill, they usually do not chain this unintended(or hidden) skill rotation.

    The reason that I stated "hidden" is EME has not said anything on this issue while they have commented on some other bug report in forum. @CobaltDragon @SingleBear
