Will there be a changable Layout like on PC?

Hey guys,
does anyone know if we can change the layout on ps4?
the health bar is really annoying. hope we could change it like on PC.

    I really hope changeable, as well as adjustable size. That mini map is a bit big, chat is small, and I'd rather shrink the skills bars, and move them to the bottom right.

    Otherwise, I have heard nothing about it, but I can imagine its somewhere in the works.

    Would love to me able to move my debuffs and such. A customizable UI (To an extent) would be a very welcome addition along with the ability to create custom chat boxes, for example why in the world is there no guild chat tab?
