Thank you so very much for fixing the Elite daily EMP fiasco.

Can you also please do something about the Founder's Packs? They really should have an account bound mount and title.

Since you corrected the EMP issue, please, please, correct the Founder's Pack as well.
If that is not possible, at least let us claim it once PER SERVER, not simply once and call it a day.

    Well, yes you can. You buy it from the microsoft store and as a gift and just gift it to yourself. Also trying to say that there should be "Account" items like mounts and such is just silly, no where was it stated items were account wide except slots and bank space so why do you think they should change the entire system just for you?

    Because that is how the system works on PC. People don't like being discriminated on based on their platform. EME is doing just that.

    I wouldn't mind if they just made the title account wide. If they did more, cool, but I would rather not care about the mounts and stuff.

    Your first problem is you are comparing PC to the console version. Secondly, the store works different on consoles than on PC's. The founders packs were to help drum up sales for consoles and they did just that. While I do agree they should have put in a bit more of a warning because people are blind and cant read text unless it pops up in big bold letters in front of them, that is not a reason to try and say EME cheated you or how you think you deserve something else. It was in plain text what you were buying and you chose to buy it, so suck it up buttercup is what I say.

    You aren't discriminated against. The XBONE and PS4 have the same store.

    Now if you think you are comparing to PC release... why would you do that? TERA didn't do the same sales/account options that they did for solo release in 2012 that they did on Steam release in 2015. That's just simple business.

    There might be account mounts, there might not be. I wanted a dragon account mount on PC but I missed that deadline. That's my problem, not EME's.

    Agree with you as I did the same thing. First game I have played that has a business practice like this. I think its normal for folks like you and I to assume it would be account wide before we purchased even though I think it did state per character if I remember correctly. Maybe it was just the most expensive one that didn't state per character. Doesn't really matter now I guess. However, now I see per character on all the crap you can buy written in there. Yea they got me and taught me to read more.....I just assumed the Founders Pack would be account wide too :-1:

    But even though this is a pitch to get the Founder Packs account wide...don't forget the Item Pass! That should be account wide too. This has been talked about a lot over the course of the release of this game, but I do like this topic coming up again. Matter fact there should be a new topic started on this every now and then lol. Power to the people...or something......

    At this point, they cannot go back and make things account-bound because, since then, some people bought mounts, pets, and other founder tiers based on it being character-bound. (Even for the founder title -- some people will have bought multiple founders packs because they wanted multiple titles.) If you turn around now and retroactively make them account-bound, they will demand a refund for the other items they bought since (that they now may no longer need). So at this point, for better or worse, what's done is done. Hopefully in the future they at least add a way to get account-bound items.

    I completely disagree. I bought 2 founder packs and would love for both to be account bound. If I can use my mounts, pets, and title on all of my characters, across all servers, it would be epic.

    At least mounts and title should be account bound. They were for the PC, and being a PC founder - I want the same.

    The point about "Well it was like that on PC" isn't even the biggest argument to support FP items being account bound. 2 biggest arguments are:
    1. FP items are pretty much account bound in every other game in the genre.
    2. It seems that FP items in Tera being character bound was done by design to get people to spend money on multiple founder's packs.

    The whole sh*t seems scummy and/or stupid. Just make them account bound already.

    I don't understand the significance of the founder title. I bought a founder pack, so that I could enjoy the game early (plus the bonuses were nice). The title is still waiting in my item claim box.

    It seems like some elitist, ego fluffing thing to me.
