The values I gave you are for the last pc patch. Lets assume we are not on this level then you can reduce around 20 critfactor from most classes to have decent critchance and if we are two patches behind you can take away an additional 20 critfactor and so on.
The reason why the needed critfactor goes up with every patch is cause they buff the critresist of the mobs you are fighting.
Edit: Some side note. While there is indeed a perfect balance of crit/power stats the importance of critfactor is way higher then the one of power. The reason is that this game is heavily balanced around critical hits. So always bear in mind that its better to have a lower crit than a higher non crit and thats why you don't need to worry if you go for more critrate instead of power.
