Instancing & False Dropout Status
Joined instance. 2 members logged out at initial load-in, were never even online from second 1.
Upon seeing that, a third logs out.
Being unable to kick them for 2 minutes as one pulled a single mob before logging, the last 2 of us continued on.
Get to final boss, realize it isn't working.
Last member logs out.
I am the only one left online. All other members are "offline." I leave the group.
I am labelled a dropout.
If your entire group is offline, it should not even be possible to be labelled a dropout. Especially considering, in circumstances like my own, it wasn't even possible to kick anyone as when the last 2 of us realized it wasn't going to work and would cost too much to finish, neither of us would have been able to kick members upon respawning as we weren't in the instance.
Not only that, but given the long timer of 120 seconds before being able to kick, if you get a random group who isn't willing to wait, in the end the only members punished for it are those who actually try. While the alt+f4 crew sees no behavior correcting incentive.

U can easily shave off that 15 min drop out debuff by doing other VG quest, like killing mobs and BAMs etc.
The drop out thing is meant to prevent bots or something, from spamming dg and bg like crazy.
Its also to meant for you to chill out, so u wont meet again those who left u hang out to dry in the first place.
Its not really a punishment though.. just a time-out, really..
