    rare , id say very rare , but I got one in the last two months (give or take) and even tho I have a few I think its been the only one ive had thru the elite system and ive had elite for years

    I've had elite for many years and haven't got one in a long time. Looking at the trade broker and the price is really high for Felicity so I'd say it's not giving like it used to be. I do have a few left on differnt servers and just sold one for 70,000

    Seen it for around 45k myself on TR. Then again, even 70K may be considered "pocket change" in Tera these days, assuming guys like kamizuma are already billionaires.
