Its hard to ban the gold sellers at this point. The old EME crew pulled it off when the game went live in Steam, so i do not know how this new crew, without a Community Manager, will be able to shoo away the gold sellers.

I mean, is logical that they have to ban them. This will not only be beneficial for players, but also for them as a company: Gold sellers are basically, scammers, they want your credit card info, and by banning them, EME would be protecting the players, and saving themselves from endless complain tickets that will surely flood the Support Team.

That being said, if you ban one, 2 appear. Best course of action would be to have the support team dedicate some time to finding the gold seller IP address, and banning it completely.

My block list is full of gold sellers and i cannot block more :(

Or disable global chat and restrict sending gold/parcel until level 65. This way it'll take a least a couple of hours for gold sellers to recreate a new account.
  • That same character is stil spaming that on Velika. Nothing has done Enmasse yet. Maybe is the same EME the owner of that scamsite :p
