I've read close to 100 complaints about people purchasing founder packs and extra character slots and not getting the slots. I just reached level 65 with my primary character at which point I was promised another character slot and didn't get it. I'm not purchasing a damn thing till this is fixed.

    You can get the extra char slot from lvl 65 box (1 box only pro server i think)
    Try write to support if you dont get it

    Tried opening level 65 box and it crashed the game

    I never had this problem. I also never had issues with not receiving any EMP/Elite Status when I purchased them. Strangely enough I got hit with the "double EMP" glitch I read about, bought around 3000 EMP and got around 6000 instead. Guess I'm just lucky. O_O
