Cant collect calendar rewards.

I don't know if this is because of the event that is currently on but, my calendar has the #1 next to it to say I have an item to retrieve. When I click onto the calendar, all the boxes are black and I cant collect anything. This was working fine for me until the event started.
Had a quick scan through bug reports and I've seen that this has happened before but I haven't seen anything from recent.
Is this something to do with my in game UI settings or is it a new bug?
