South American (SA) Server, please.
TERA, Do you have plans to open a South American Server?

2nd point: we would need then either EME to come here or another publisher that has servers in SA to pick TERA up here. The former doubtfully would happen, given En Masse can't even keep staff there. They don't even have a new community manager yet, they have their hands full with a console port and trying out other stuff in case TERA goes out.
The later tho, could make more sense, BUT, you would need to convince another publisher here to pick up the game that mainly En Masse delivers to our region, and convince BHS to give the permission to that. BHS is thick headed and stupid so good luck with the later.
From a player's point of view tho: our ping in Brazil is 180ms, I don't know if you're from here or another country, but frankly, that isn't all that horrible. In other hand, we would have to deal with a lower ping AND population than EME's version, unless we suddenly get a huge influx of people playing it because they are now able to communicate in their native language easier. IF this would happen, it could succeed, but I for one, am not redoing everything on a new server.
Another thing to keep in mind, is that the game would otherwise be the same. We would get absolutely 0 FPS gains and such, and I do know this is quite a big reason for people here in Brazil dropping the game: they just can't run it, it runs like crap on their hardware (since it runs like crap on anyone's hardware).
South american server definitely not gonna happen, there are some 'workarounds' that despite being glitchy, they certainly improve gameplay.
