Player using 3rd party programs,if u dont meet their damage they wait & kick b4 final boss
I have expereinced several times, I have reported it and it is worse than ever. When you run these events all you are doing is rewarding this behavior. At 12:40 pm EST on 4/28/2018 I was on AV doing TRNM. I totally out damaged the other dps on first boss, on 2nd these guys are not following the mechs, so I backed off my damage. Then their leader posted the 3rd damage report to shame me and get the others to agree to kick. Im 444, have all the right glyphs, crystals, etc. Inspect me, Evervescent. Right as we are about to start final boss, Im kicked, so no reward, I had to put up with their high school mentality only to be kicked, not to mention it uses 1 of my "turns" in dungeon.
Either you are serious about doing something with these bullies or not, just tell me so I can make an informed decision whether or not to continue playing. This happens every event, & lately more than not. I have been on Tera for 4 years; never experienced this so bad.

Drop them screens on us, OP! That [filtered] ain't right and they should't have done that to you.
Although even if you were to send in a ticket, the only thing you could really report is their use of the DPS meter logs in chat to shame others. Kicking you from their party, while rude and not very sportsmanlike, isn't against the rules.
Also in the case that you posted DPS logs as well, a ticket against them might hurt you as well if EME decides to check the chat logs. In the case you didn't, then it should be fine. Either way, this kind of post isn't something you should make on the forums regardless.
Guessing doesn't cut it unless you word it, "I'm positive I out-damaged the other DPS in the party on first boss".
Not once i have seen a player that uses a damage meter, say negative things that are a fact, like what OP posted. And then you guys wonder why EME is strongly against the use of damage meters? Well, there it is your answer.
Damage meters are just another evil. They are a tool used to exclude, harass, and shame. If you are still one of those who defend its use, then do everyone a favor, and use it in a personal way. Don't be posting the results in the chat window.
NO, I do not use damage meter; way to try to assume a negative. I can see how my hits are affecting the boss. I see my numbers and know they are where they should be. On the second boss, I did not fight as much bcz those trolls were not following the mech's, they were just going willy-nilly. I am not syaing they have to do anything a perfect way, but there are certain mech's that will affect other players if you do them wrong, like getting an AOE from a boss when it should be dropped elsewhere.
I wish I could however it goes against forum conduct rules, btw, no one from the game has even commented or messaged me to find out more. I am tempted to drop the screenshots. I was hoping the game dev's would care but ofc they dont. They only care about their friends and inner circle of Tera, not the ones who are loyal, spend cash, and play by the rules-we are worthless to them.

If you talking about that "Certain website" Then is all the same. That thing is been used to once again exclude, harass and shame people, by posting the results not in the TERA discord, but through PMs and in some other TERA related discords.
Heck, even Lancers, who aren't supposed to be focusing on damage, rather, just keep aggro abd party is happy, are being categorized as good and bad by that website depending on how much damage we do. Is just absurd.
No one should kick people for "Not doing enough damage" If you want a meter, there is already one built in the TERA in game chat, under system messages. But if this people are still wanting to cast aside those who do not meet the standards, then they should do everyone a favor, and run with their very small elite circle of friends, and leave us, the regular players, to enjoy the game as we want to enjoy it.
@bot38 I understand that you may feel like EME doesnt care, I too feel that way sometimes, but the best way to handle this, would be to simpply send them screenshots of the offenders to the Support Team, and let them handle the situation. From my experience, at most, the offenders will get first a warning, or if they indeed are using a meter, they will get either a 3 day, 7 day ban or most likely, since EME already stated that they will not tolerate the use of 3rd party programs as stated in this thread
So you'd be fine doing 5 hour lk/rm/rk runs where nobody deals dmg ? When you could do 10 runs in same time ?

What about rkem and rmhm, apply what you said to that and you will never even complete them.
I really dont mind that. Ive been doing that for the past couple of months, and is no issue to me. When i see that kind of 1 hour long runs i am trapped into, i simply deal with it like i always do: Asking the players in my party if they are skilled, know the mechanics, and offering them my help, by not being an A$$hat, and simply judging them for how much damage they do. If i wanted to run quick dungeons, i would join a skilled geared party, but that's not always the case.
If i see myself in that situation, i understand their own situation, and remember that i once was in their same situation. Is all about being a polite and considerate player. Some of those players that "deal no damage" Recognize it and leave the dungeon not before thanking me for dealing with them and trying to teach them. And that, is way more gratifying than clearing the dungeon fast with a bunch of elitist who run on DPS meter and cannot live without it.
