The let down I only have myself to blame for...
So amongst my Guild on console I had predicted that we would be probably get one of the missing classes at the end of the XP weekend. This was based off the XP Events on PC right before a new class. Unfortunately I skied myself out. LOL. I wish there was some word on when we could expect these.
I currently have Lvl 65 Elin Reaper (Item Lvl 414), Lvl 65 Elen Warrior (Item lvl 410), Lvl 65 Popori Mystic (Item lvl 385) and Lvl 53 Baraka Archer. I have 2 slots awaiting the release of the Ninja and the Gunner.
Now I have heard there are too many instability issues currently in the game without introducing them. But I have yet to see this. My game runs pretty smooth with the accessional disconnect (but every multi player game online has that issue). Now this might be partially because I am running an Xbox One X, I don't know. The only problems I am currently seeing in the game is once you hit the 410 dungeons, people seem to get entitled over gear and will refuse to finish the dungeon over such petty issues. Example I was doing Lilith's Keep (410 version) and our Mystic got mad that someone else rolled on the boots he wanted. So he refused to heal. When we tried to boot him, his friend refused and vice versa. He then stated to us that he doesn't care cause he is a PC player and has no problem going AFK. When I looked at his gamer profile, it was a brand new generic named Xbox Live account.
Thats the real issue. Although I don't think there is a real solution for that.
I did enjoy the the Road Map (not enough companies do that). But I was hoping to see these classes, since their gear is everywhere in the game. not too mention dropping from some of the dungeons (specifically the Gunner's Arc Cannons). I was wondering if there could be some light shed on this.

My guess is that it will most likely be a new class or multiple classes. It hints it pretty hard.
As far as people wanting gear. Its best to find a group/guild that you can play with when doing these dungeons. Also alot of people forget you can just farm intercede tokens for the gear. It legit took me about a week max of my dailies to grind up intercede tokens to get all my gear. Now I have full Guile set.

Use dungeons for "chance" at gear, and more for class learning and dungeon learning and feedstock farming and fun.
For gear.
Farm intercede tokens daily... With 2 characters you can get full guile for one around a week without elite status, or in 5 days with elite status. And you have 3 65s.
Intercede dailies make acquiring guile easy. Then dungeon completion for gear doesn't affect you.
