Yes, I did. However it does say "as well," but my main request is for guild names who are being held by players with PlayerName_1 from previous name wipes to be removed from holding.
Individual players' name wipe is controversial and have pros and cons, as some players may be back after a year, two or more and losing their name may disencourage them.
However, chances of a whole guild coming back to play under old banner when their Guild Master haven't logged for 2+ years are almost nonexistent. Also, all these guilds are level 1 so there's no risk that any particular member coming back and deciding to stay in empty guild solely for buffs.
