Getting alt(s) to 410

Just curious as to which is the most efficient way to get a couple alts to 410 ilvl for those pesky dailies. Would it be faster to just spam the 355 dungeons for t9 feedstocks on the higher ilvl toon, while doing the normal echo / arena / ace on that alt? Or am I missing some top secret method?

Edit: Didn't see the need to make an additional post for this:

Is it possible to get Noctenium Infusion from places other than dungeons? Can it be crafted and or bought?

  • You can craft the noctenium, at least before in pc it was like this

I found it quite easy to get all my crew to 410. They might not all be min/maxed to run 410's yet (the real grind comes from masterworking ALL the items and rolling the best stats), but if your main goal is only getting the actual item level and moving past requiring tier 9, that's a relatively easy task which you can use your alts for. Running the 355's will get you a steady flow of t9's but also get you extra slaughter gear that can be used to upgrade the one you're using (works at least to +9), saving up on more t9. And you only mathematically need everything to +9 and one item masterworked to +12 to reach the 410 threshold. After a while farming 355's you'll have more t9 feedstock than you actually need for both main and alts and you can even consider selling off some of it on the broker, which should net a tidy profit (though that may easily change; I personally made good money coming off of the leveling eventI.
  • Thank you TheGrimmer. That was my thought process for hitting 410 on a couple alts. I'm only using them to run through all dailies. More or less t10 feedstock and token collectors. I've been just doing echos and passing it between them ( all cover same gear except the chest ) and upgrading as you say. I have no intention of masterworking them yet, but I have plenty of leftovers from my main which shouldn't be too problematic.

The 410 via +12 x1 and +9 rest. Is that all t9? Also is that with all gold rolls?

Thanks for the reply, and thanks in advance for your next reply ;)

Thank you 9WDJDR6RE4 for your reply pertaining to the Noctenium, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Though I did read of a quest on IoD that gives 1k as a reward. Other than dungeons, that's about all I've found.

Can't say for sure whether having all gold roll impacts the IL, since I didn't overthink my leveling process all that much, but I am almost certain that you need them to have gold rolls *and* be upgraded to masterwork, even if they sit at +9.

Which shouldn't be too hard to obtain, as the scrolls and spellbinds for masterworking are a common enough drop from the dungeons. The only things that cost me gold and/or dedicated grind were the masterwork and the t9 alkahests. And the masterwork can be obtained from the vanguard requests (though it's a slow grind)
  • Thanks again. Not worried about the mats. Have at least 600 to 800 of each left ( except feedstock ) and it is not as item consuming as t10 so it shouldn't be a problem. Just curious about the Noct now.
