I post a lost quest item tick, has been 12 days, no one respond.
I lost a hang's poison during 62lv, now stuck on that lvl. Anyone know how to go on? support team no helps, they don't give me anything.

As for you being stuck at lvl 62, is not that you are stuck, you can keep leveling by other means, you just cannot go forward on the main quest without that item.
That being said, and i will never get tired of saying this, as this is an issue that keeps happening over and over: READ THE DAMN ITEM TOOLTIP! It is a quest item, it will prompt a window that will ask you if you are sure to discard it before you actually do it. If you used the item before the time you are supposed to do use it, is your own fault. Just, read pls, READ THE QUESTS!
