  • Each journal page contains a clue, but you only have fifteen. Don’t assume you can solve the Dragon Riddle, until you have all twenty.

Well then....I don't think anyone has bothered to read them except for this week......[filtered] it

So, journal pages then. I didn't think to screenshot the previous weeks, if anyone has those.

    Verdas's Journal Pages

    Page 62 (Teal Arkai)
...kind of Heart, though fiercely protective of her City. From her Sanctuary, I could see all of the World laid out below us, and I began to grow afraid that I would never set foot upon Green Grass again.

    Page 64 (Crimson Arkai)
Among the most dangerous of their kind are the mighty Dracoloths who still remember Vergos, for they share a measure of his Power. But after nine generation, the Power is all but gone from them. Still, the average Dracoloth is powerful enough...

    Page 66 (Chupathingy)
Velik had been the sole dissenting Vote on their Creation of their Nemesis, the first Dragon: Vergos. The scrolls I examined at Balder's Refuge suggest that she proposed splitting the Power among eight lesser Creations, so that no single God could gain sway over a Creature powerful enough to slaughter all other deities.

    Page 72 (Inky Sabertooth)
Death could not contain Vergos, for he had been borne of the combined Will of all the Gods...and as their numbers dwindled, as one God after another fell in Battle or Betrayal, his Power increased, until he was strong enough to stir once more.

    Page 78 (Rummaging Warthog)
More of them in Wyrmgorge now. I have spoken with the Elenea's Magistrate, Derzio, to convince him that he should send to Velika for Aid. If I can get him to comprehend the Threat, reinforcements could arrive seven days from now.

    I got you fam.

Now, I must stress that I fully understand the Danger. It is certainly ambitious of me to attempt to catalogue every kind of Dragon, Living and Dead, across three Continents…and another yet inaccessible... and more than a little dangerous. But if my Observations outlast me, so much the better!

    Page 11
Again and again, the Beast I came to think of as the Master of the Darkened laid into its Challenger—until the wounded Dragon cried out once, twice, three times, and finally lay still.

    Page 18
Better men than me have attempted to enter Fyrmount unaccompanied. But I am confident that one man alone stands a better chance of going unnoticed... and unmolested. If all else fails, there appear to be many large rock formations I could take cover among...

    Page 27
Hungry for more information, I have secured Travel for two to Allemantheia, where I am told the Researcher Jerad keeps a Dracoloth named Jermir... black of Scale, and noble of Bearing.

    Page 30
These facts are irrefutable: Vergos begat Khemadia; Khemadia, alone of all Dragons, employs Mortal Agents scattered across the four Continents; Khemadia blames Velik for what happened to Vergos.

    Page 31
Of Prime Importance is the consideration that Dragons are products of their environment, in four regards: They are Violent, Savage, Brutal, and above all else, Hungry.

    Page 44
Bearing witness to the mating dance of the Dragons, I immediately observed that while the Beasts appear to be color-blind, their other Four Senses are more than capable of leading them to Mates of like kind.

    Page 46
Still, Velik’s Hand is evident in the Diaspora of the Dragons from Southern Arun. For several Leagues around her City, there are very few wild Dragons to be found—and, in fact, I saw only nine during my wanderings there.

    Page 53
Time after time, I saw Dragons standing off from each other, even when they numbered a Score or more in a discreet Space. When two or more crossed Paths, it often led to Savage Struggles, and ended in Death..

    Page 55
…past, except that old Legends from out of Castle Aranea speak of Heroes who had not yet been born. Could these be the Guardians, somehow moving through Time?

    @SingleBear

Can you also go back and fix this on page 18?

So I was curious about this trivia, and apparently "than me" can be acceptable here. If you said "Better men than I am," that'd also be clear. But apparently there's no hard rule about I/me in this case, and it mostly comes down to local accepted practice.

OCD kicking in... must resist urge to disagree... urgh.

In fairness, my first instinct was to say you were right, but apparently the other's okay too -- at least according to sources on the Internets. When have they ever let us down...
