    Possible additional info: We're also NOT able to go back and select another server in the character select screen.

    Also, are we going to get compensated for the lost day(s)? It just isn't right, we buy something and it results in this mess...

    Yeah compensation would be appreciated. I mean we all spend a lot of money on those characters and we don't get any real information. What is going on? Or better what is done about the issue?When can we get back in the game? Tomorrow is a holiday and i would love to play with my main character and not with my second one.
    I think there will be a lot of people thinking twice about purchasing emp now.
    Good customer service is something different.

    all my friend are on the server i have 60 - 65 chars, as female i bought for every char outfits ect. why the hell should i play a other server? i invested enough!!!

    What's going on? What's the estimated time for a fix? (sigh, I kinda expect them to be off tomorrow since it's a holiday, so I'm not even expecting a fix tomorrow. This is awful.
