Sounds lame but how to spend emp? lol

So lets say i buy some emp from ps4 store then i get into the game and select tera store from in game menu. it freezes my game. then i use tera's website store which doesn't have any link ps4 account and it only says console founder pack. so how can i spend my emp and get something?

    You can only spend EMP in game store on ps4/xboxone.

    Well i know that but every time i open the ingame store it freezes my game for like 5 mins then goes like disconnected from server.
