Stuck at 340 IL on alt, need 355

So I leveled my warrior by doing kumas, and now I'm trying to do Douglas 65 quest line. Problem is, to continue I need to be 355 but I don't have an enchantable weapon of armor piece to raise my IL. I'm stuck. Is there any way I can still go get a relic weapon to enchant to +9 so I can continue on?
