You do maintanence and you didn't even fix one of the big problems like not being able to claim items. Is there an estimated fix time? I can't even claim my stuff i already paid for.

    Some kind of confirmation that they are atleast aware WOULD be nice, was on forums all day yesterday an haven't seen a response sept from other players. Just a little "we are aware item claims are currently down" was anything mentioned about them fixing in a patch/maintenance???

    What tera needs is the ability to transfer bound items to other character I really made a mistake on the founders pak I wanted the golden mount and wings on an other char I exadently claimed and opened them on the wrong character cause I was in a rush I know its stupid and i should have read it better but If u would give the community the ability to do that I would buy another founders pak just to get that black mount for this character if u Dont I probably not gonna play tera no more cause I feel like I have been scammed cause there was no warning message nothing when claiming them cause I dit pay the 150 for it I mean there should've be a way to at least transfer bound items from the founders pak between you're own characters I really hope u reconsider the request cause I know Im not speaking only for my own and many have the same issues...
