This way to do events are better than we have seen so far in the last 4 years but people want to get everything for free, without effort, just because they were on-line a few minutes.
I really encourage EME crew to continue doing things like this event and take the feedback that can improve them better and put aside the negative feedback from butthurt people that are always hungry from handouts.
But still I think (and what was the main idea of my prev post) - its good to have some sort of plan. If you plan to add something - say it. No need to say what you will add. Just say that it may occur. And people will both work for it and wont feel tricked. Same about events planning. Tho I liked argon event a lot i don't want it back. Because with such events you can be left out completely from all just because you wasn't in time when announcement was made.
General thoughts: TBH, I think it is kind of whacked that just hitting this pinata as much as possible drops the amount of letters it does (even though he is only going to be there until the riddle event ends on the 15th). I'm not saying it should be reduced either.... my point is more or less that the other methods of obtaining letters could be improved (especially considering their RNG nature). I know I got just one letter from the first Echoes boss, maybe two from the BAM's in ace dungeon. IoD BAM's are still going to be the go to but I just had to take a break from that before my fingers fell off.
I also agree that EME should have at least been clear that more stuff (in the generic sense as opposed to what they are actually putting in) would be added to the token shop each week from the start (I know it was done last year so I haven't spent any tokens yet). The costs I am ok with even though I know it's going to be impossible for me to get both Goldenmare and the Go-Kart (just for collections sake).
I like the notion of open world hunting/exploration but the hunt should bear some fruit. I enjoyed looking for the code sign the other month for example even when someone had posted the code online and in chat. Even though it wasn't a well hidden spot, it turns out none of my characters had been on top of that mountain area either.
These kind of events (the dragon riddle or finding a sign in-game) are always going to be an issue (where once someone finds that info, will post it online) unless an actual system is designed into the game like say having to write something on a Wall of Wordcraft type of sign that GM's can place anywhere where it will automatically apply a code to the account - and we know Bluehole aren't going to program something like that unless it has actual traction in K-TERA).
I get the idea about the single Terron per zone where another spawns elsewhere once the one that was found is killed. It's the starting point that I feel isn't executed well though because you need to build up to a critical mass of players doing it from the beginning and actually finding a spawn in a reasonable amount of time) to get that chain reaction going where a lot players are then taking part. I personally have to make the best use of my time while in-game and while I gave it a go on day 1, it wasn't worth the time coming up with zero (and I wasn't the only one who felt this way).
Searching for Khemadia is different because he is easy to locate and in the short time you end up hitting him, you get a bunch of letters (plus he is going to disappear on the 15th). Doing IoD BAM's while mindnumbing, gives you Vanguard rewards (and since they are always on during this anniversary period, means you can keep doing them on the same character even once you've exceeded the normal daily limit).
Part of me thinks they might be offering other ways to get actual anniversary tokens (besides the other two on the calendar) but for the time being, all I can do is farm what letters I can via the current methods.
While mid tier gifts vanguards, tera rewards, tokens for tunning your chars with super glyphs and etchings. And also letters and fashion coupons.

I think you're more butthurt than anyone, because you constantly make posts like this just to be rude. First off, you're debating skills are seriously lacking credibility. You misstated mostly everything I posted. Not one person on this thread said that they wanted to get a lot of stuff for free just because we were online in a few minutes. So far, most of us have got barely anything for free, and we've been on for many hours! Secondly, the letter drops are rare. We have to get 4 letters to even get 1 token. Then, we are dealing with missing letters, and high tokens needed for prizes. Not to mention having to wait till the end of the month to see what all we can grind for. Heck, I'd be happy with just getting the shop finalized. Tough to want to grind for the unknown.
You don't even sound like you are grinding for the event. You sound like you aren't bothering, so why make anything easier for anyone else. BTW, if you're going to insult people, at least learn spelling and proper punctuation. Insults don't work much when they are riddled with flaws.
You make many great points. I've taken a break from letter farming as gold farming seems to be more rewarding now. I have a feeling anything I'd want won't be added until the end. I think this year is just daunting, because there are so many obstacles to overcome. Sure, I could farm letters for hours and hope that I will want something in the store, but I can spend gold now and get what I want right away.

Anyways, whenever your name gets mentioned on tera discords, people expresses their disbelief so I guess it's rubbing off.
I also noticed they did not respond to any of the valid points I made in my post against their awful rebuttal.
ElinUsagi, Kind of funny how you say we're "butthurt people that are always hungry from handouts" when you were actually complaining that healers weren't handing you heals during legion missions. I'd say that is way worse than a few people asking for better drops. At least we know how to play the game and don't get ourselves killed only to blame it on others later.
I wouldn't even cared if they left the drop rates alone but dropped tokens instead of letters. Drop the spawn rate by 4 even, but this whole T,E,R, and A game is beyond frustrating. One must farm a high number of BAMs just to put together a few tokens. That's what bugs me the most about this event. The other year they did the TERA, you got a mount by putting the letters together. This year, the tokens have been given a lower value.
Like someone else stated, maybe even let us buy letters with tokens. Turn in a token for say 4 A's. At least that would give us some assurance that we won't be stuck with a lot of letters in the end. It wouldn't be much work to add those either.
Just to make note that you converted this thread into a flaming war without me even insulting both of you and even lying about what I said about Legion Missions, where I havent died once and where I am always top 3 and what I criticized was how it was not designed for team play but for mindless dps race.
