Just got home and logged in and I'm getting an error message trying to load item claim, "Unable to reach the item claim server." Anyone else?

    Thulsa server is also having the item claim error. It has been down awhile, under the assumption they would have caught on by now.

    I can't claim my items on the Ovolith server.

    Felbane here, item claim must be some sort of cross-server service.

    Seems so as it's still down over here on Dracoloth and has been for almost a full day now. I just want my items that I paid real cash for...

    It's been a few days now and I still am unable to claim what I paid for. I don't know if I'll be making in game purchases again for this game. The fact that no one has even said they are working on it is just disappointing. :(

    I have a photo for reference and I'm experiencing it on characters on Thulsa and Felbane server. I haven't checked the others but it seems like it's across all servers.

    Having an item claim issue on Monday really hurts. ALOT of people paid just to find out they can't claim. You took the money from how many people? And what does anyone have to show for it? Did even a single person find or receive any kind of info on this matter? I really enjoy tera but you guys kinda timed that really badly.

    They said their item claim server was down I assume they are working hard on it seeing as its how they make money if they don't no one will buy anything. This is their biggest incentive to fix it

    Same here. I have tried Nyxarras and Huzrat Servers. no luck and it's very frustrating.

    Still down, even after last night's maintenance/patch. Looks like the store is still up though, I haven't actually tried to buy anything since noticing item claim was down but the store interface loads. Looks like they're still selling stuff even though people won't be able to claim their purchases.

    I have already quit the game but figured I'd blow the EMP that I waited 3 weeks on, on some lootbox mounts & test my luck.

    Go figure, I still can't get what i paid for! Absolute garbage.

    My item claim is accessible now but the outfit i purchased yesterday afternoon is not there... ty for fixing item claims but now im down 995 that i spent on a pirate costume. Server: Thulsa. Character: Black.Bart.
