Usually you go to system and and choose end process and its solved.
Guess on consoles might be the same restart the console until the process dissapear and try again.

In that case a false log in is causing troubles in your account. But that's a server account problem not your console or internet cause that.
One of your character might be preventing your account to allow the loging .
One option is wait till server restarting process ends, this can also fix the problem, or try or submit a ticket support asking for help to the company.

I have put so much time into this character. What happens if I lose that? That's 149.99 and a month of grinding down the crapper?
I've reached out for help but got a generic answer. Answer that didn't address the concerns I had shared with the support rep. It was like a "f**K off".
I enjoy the game but this has been an extremely disappointing effort from customer service to give us an answer. All the while they have the nerve to market loot boxes, over updating us on the situation.
My biggest concerns are; being in the dark for so long for a service I've paid for, starting all over again and having to grind back to where I was at just to be behind the people I've been playing with. If thats the case I want a refund.
If you understood the amount of time and attention given to my character and my inventory maybe it would help you see why I am freaking out.
I got that founders pack as an early birthday gift this month. 149.99 all for one character that I am not able to use because????
Same thing here .. Around 500000 gold , plus a full t10 character , crafting , tier 3 design. ,etc etc , and the elite status... And not a single word from the devs... Complete darkness.
1 month of grind for nothing
