Item Claim Issue

After error “Unable to reach Item Claim server. Please try again later”

I have not been resolved. And do not get the item and the Admin does not advise the solution to the problem.
Do not recharge to buy the EMP and do not buy the item in the store until the current Admin to fix it now. 27 hours I have not received any item yet

If I get a solution and get an item then I will notice it again.

    Now there is no such message displayed.
    but I press Claim but no item I bought yesterday.
