I agree with you they should be testing patches. Wonder how to even got anything past carts with Microsoft or Sony. They probrally are saying that nothing is wrong with the game that people are exaggerating about all these issues.
Testing is mandatory, but some things just occur when the patch goes live with many ppl online.

LMao, . There is no way they are testing patches. If they were the issues they have supposedly fixed would not still be an issue. And on my game the twungi river still has issues. On myxbox x there is still a memory leak and still have no trophy achievements on my ps4 account(which they supposedly fixed during both patches) so I say BS to they are testing patches, maybe they are for their cash shop but not the game since it works good onxbox not so good on ps4.
It's mandatory, believe or not, bugs sometimes happens only under certain circumstances (I work in the software industry so I know what I'm talking about).

I know its mandatory I work as programmer for game developer for past 25yrs so I know all about the rules for certification from both Microsoft and Sony. Just because they say to test it doesn't mean it gets done. As I had stated if they did test it it was not for the current patch or previous because the issues are still present. I understand things can go wrong seen plenty of them with forthnite during programming. So yes I can say they are not testing because none of there patches have fixed a single issue as stated. Bet you dont work for a game developer or you would know how easy it is to get certs by without testing.
I was about to do the same thing you just did lol. Like xXAvnasXx said that the all mighty SE wouldn't do that and im thinking...did she/he even do research before just claiming to know something like that xD. I am a hardcore SE game collector and i know for a fact that SE has apologized before, both written apologies and they have even done an apology at E3 once. All it takes is a google search to figure that out. Some people are so quick to be like "oh but i know this" when they actually DON'T know. I mean SE has already done apologies before and google can be evidence of that so when xXAvnasXx says they wouldn't do that type of thing he/she is already proven wrong on that front since SE has already done this in the past.
Part of me wonders if the devs just sit in their spinny chairs and spin on them all day while CLAIMING they are working on patches then when patch day hits they push out some 1 gig size empty junk data claiming it's fixes lol. First they patch crap that isn't even important ESPECIALLY in comparison to REAL problems, second the menial things they claim to fix barely ever actually results in a real fix. I understand they are a smaller company than others but c'mon there's no reason for them to do a crap job. The least they should be doing is actually TRYING, and if this is them trying then i have to say i doubt this game will last much longer. Of course all companies are about profits and that's okay, but there's a point where your so blatant and greedy about the money that it starts to appear that you don't give two craps about your customers or their satisfaction, and that is when your company is going to start to go under, i only hope with EME that happens sooner than later so they can learn a thing or two about it. Not that i want to see Tera go under, i mean i did have real hopes for this console launch, but due to the lack of doing a proper job i ended up deleting it, because of how off putting it was to see how EME barely ever did anything properly or even listen to their customers. I saw my friend log on the other day and i was like.........your on channel one and it looks empty. I play ffxiv and even on a smaller server you see people everywhere.
