For two weeks, it is impossible to play Tera from 2 to 9 PDT. investigating we arrived at the conclusion that there are several people who happen the same thing. The game is perfect until 2 PDT and then it is impossible because of the intense ping. It is not a problem of our internet companies, because this only happens in TERA. Is there any solution? ... ¿When Enmase will give us answers? This problem leaves us unable to play during the afternoons. Sorry for my English. it is not my primary language :s

    I'm one of those people... i have the exact same issue.. but for months now.. and from what i understand with this issue is that the problem lies with Zayo and the routing nodes we get to conect with tera... is not EMEs fault and/or our Internet providers fault.. is right in the middle...

    freaking Zayo.. :/

    This is happening to me since november/2017 and it was a major reason why i (and a lot of South American players) don't even bother to play this game anymore.
    We need to PAY a VPN that lag all our skill just so we can play a free game, so nowadays i think is just better to pay a little more to play a better B2P or subscription based MMO with better overseas routing (btw even NCSoft servers are fine!)

    It was fine here with Savvis or the old Zayo from 2015~2016, all this bs started when they changed back to Zayo on november last year, then EVERY single day almost half of the day (1:00 to 11:30 GMT-3) my ping goes from stable 170ms to ~286 ms with lots of packet losses and 50 ms+ jitter, the game becomes so unplayable that it's impossible to even pick loot from the ground.

    Just chiming in to say "me too." I sent a diag in to the appropriate place but ehh. Ping still jumped around tonight and made me just do something else for the afternoon. I live in the U.S. and get ping worse than people connecting from [filtered] Britain when this issue occurs. We've started calling it ComcastTime around here.

    ^^ I don't even log in to play anymore from 9 pm est+ because of this problem. I mean there is nothing that I can do anymore but just log off. Forget tanking, it's frustrating when the ping is going up while doing that and inside I know I'm helpless to my party when it comes to that lol. Just to mention this started happening since last week's patch, did something change??? Prior to that day I did not experience that 9 pm + lag for 7 or 8 straight days. If anything it would jump about 20-30 ms for a few min and go back but since last week it's been very bad.

    Mine started happening after the new patch as well. Also going to go ahead and state that my internet service provider is Comcast. :^)

    Always getting comcasted around 5-7 PDT specifically. ping goes from 30ms to 120ms.
